So, Gov. Jay Nixon's decision to release funds for the Tour of Missouri squelched my KBIA commentary this week... at least through the airwaves.
Still, the great folks at KBIA put the commentary online for the enjoyment of all. It's on, you guessed it, the fracas over funding the bicycle race.
