Roughly two years ago during a post-session media availability, then-Senate Minority Leader Maida Coleman, D-St. Louis, harshly criticized Senate Republicans for using the "previous question" in the final hours.
Coleman remarked that Republicans were "punks" for kowtowing to the House Republican leadership. And she said she used that term because she's couldn't use another word that starts with a 'P.'
