Kander, Webber discuss military legislation

State Reps. Jason Kander, D-Kansas City, and Stephen Webber introduced legislation meant to assist military personnel.

Kander is a veteran of the War in Afghanistan, while Webber served two tours of duty in Iraq with the Marines. Both were elected to the House last year for the first time.
